The Journey So Far:
It was nice journey so far. Face many huddles. Initially worked with recruitment firm. Leaned hard core recruitment process, head hunting, c v searching, JD and profile matching. I spent 4 years time for doing that. And than worked with company with HR recruitment profile. Made lot of contact with HR people. then I shift my job in to Academics. And started handling Campus placement. I have got total 12 years reach experience of corporate and Academic. And now many thing to achieve and many things to learn
