supply and Sanitation projects in conflict environment, Which
includes liaison with clients, consultants, WUSC,
sub-contractors, labour contractors, suppliers and field staff
includes project manager, Site engineer etc. Carried out
Contract management, Programming and scheduling all the
construction activities, QA/QC of construction work along with
preparation of QA/QC plan, Resource management for optimize use
of available resources, checking of interim bill and collection
of Payments. Checking of monthly financial statement and monthly
progress report to forecast the cash flow, also prepare the
recovery plan for delays work to complete the work within
time. Represent the contractor in management meeting. Prepare
the procurement documents for supply Item of work and also
responsible for preparation of tender documents for coming
project (prepared for Nijgadh, Bardaghat, Belbari and Lamki town
project) During this period Involved as Coordinator in
following Project: Trijuga Town Project- Construction of Water
supply and Sanitation Components under Small Town Water supply
and Sanitation Sector Project Funded by Asian Development
Banks, Bardibas Town Project- Construction of Water supply and
Sanitation Components under Small Town Water supply and
Sanitation Sector Project Funded by Asian Development Banks,
Kawasoti Town Project- Construction of Water supply and
