I completed my Masters in Microwave in 2005 and since then have been working on various technologies. Worked with the government for a year or so, worked abroad for 4 odd years and now settled in my hometown, Bangalore... Feels great!

Challenges in job
Every day is challenging as we are constantly looking for new potentials and market arena. Interaction with new customers makes one, mature a point more!Apart marketing strategies which are always challenging, I also get involved in the design aspects of RF and solar which interests me a little more than the commercials of the day to day activities.

Job made easy
Reliable colleagues and of course, timely and worthy support from dad, Mr. Dev who takes care of the day to day activities of Lambdoid.
Upcoming trends
Cost reduction in solar power should be a goal achievable, which for sure will change the world!

My point of view
India has all the minerals, raw material required for manufacturing. Though, Indians are lazy as compared to Chinese, who are one of the biggest threats with regards to manufacturing.Corruption is 1 other reason. For example: For us to fetch a order, the middlemen or the end user himself expects a part thus inflating the costs which does not happen elsewhere, at least in the modern and developed countries.

My goals
Have a complete solar power unit and 50% India to be powered through solar at throw away prices. Do not forget the LED’s, boon to mother earth, no doubt !
Family background
We live in a joint family, dad, mom, brother, sister-in-law, nephew, wife, son and myself !

Advice to professionals
Do one thing at a time, no matter what the pressure is else you are prone to screw up all !
