My strongest Skill
My creativity is the strongest professional attribute, it gives me edge when I find any part of the project to develop for which I can use any tool freely.

Second is my foreseeing capability, I can see very clearly how the product/project will look/work like finally from the starting phase.

So foreseeing these result I work toward them, and foreseeing the limitations/ bugs I work with cautions on some points.

Third is efficiency in work, I try to make my work as efficient as possible, as most of my projects were used by masses , I believe that every small effort to make the work efficient will create a big difference during run.
Managing professional as well as personal life
To create a balance between professional and personal life I use flags.
These flags are just like flags normally people use to memorize things.
It is much like switching mind from one work to another.
I have set my professional and personal priorities.
One hard fact is that it doesn't matter how much you try to keep personal and professional life separate, they affect each other, so the key is that you find the satisfaction in your work and give priority to the personal life.
Current Trends
I am in the field of ASP.Net web development , and it is a hot area.
In the next couple of years I think the basic change in .Net framework should come so that the whole process of page request can be bypassed with requesting only the partial update.
Although ajax and j query are there to do these task but the developer need to do a good workaround to make them running. Update panel is also inefficient.
Challenges faced in job
Coping with changing requirements of the client is really challenging.
There are methodologies to deal with these like agile and scrum, but if the project is already developed conventionally, then it is hard to change some of the very basic things.
In future these things will keep me on toe in the very initial phase , to foresee the coming changes.
Books recommended
I have never read any book on ASP.Net but I have gathered a good practical knowledge of it from online msdn, Wikipedia etc.
Following are the books I recommend for everyone :

A short history of nearly everything by Bill Bryson.
All the Novels and short stories of Munshi Premchand.
Murdahiya by Dr. Tulsi Ram.
A brief history of time by Stephen Hawking.
Tamas By Bhisma Sahani.
On the shoulders of Giant by Isaac Newton.
Mobi Dick, Tom Sire , Ivanho, around the world in 80 days, Robinson Cruso.
Company of women by Khushwant singh.
Company and job profile
I am working as an associate in Corbus India Pvt. Ltd. since 2.5 year.
I am deployed at Patiala location for client assignment and I am the only .Net developer on this location on behalf of Corbus.
Here I am handling the e-Governance projects for Excise and Taxation department , Punjab. These projects are very crucial as a lot of revenue comes from these as Punjab is the highest in earning revenue from liquor.
Projects are e-ICC, to fill the VAT 35,36 from for importing and exporting declaration , e-Filling , to file VAT-15, 18,19,23,24, CST forms for VAT return quarterly, e-Pass, to generate the Pass for liquor transportation from distillery to licencee , e-Trip, to declare the goods transfer within Punjab, e-Registration, to file the VAT-1 form for registering the business in Punjab, e-Amendment, to file the VAT-5 form to amend the business details registered.
My overall experience is in ASP.Net with C#.
I have worked with SQL server 2008 for 3 years and currently I am using oracle.
Being different
Is there a need to segregate?
I really question the questioner.
Do my gaining technical expertise in some area segregates me from others or is this a question of my ego that I myself show me segregated?
