Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

My roots belong to Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh India. I studied engineering in Information Technology stream from LNCT Bhopal. My father is a retired govt officer and my mother is a housewife. My wife is also a housewife and kid is very young to comment on.

Growth Strategy:

Continuously working on nurturing my technical skills and enhancing Telecom industry domain knowledge.

The Journey So Far:

I started my career from Patni Computer Systems as a software engineer and got opportunity to working on one telecom billing project. There after I have been part of many organizations (Wipro, MACH Teledata and Oracle) and worked on projects related to Telecom billing.

The Decisions That Matter

Most important decision I made is to be in the telecom industry and start shaping my career as a technical designer and architect.

Advice For New Professionals:

I always advice entry level candidates (technical) to keep on enhancing their knowledge & skill apart from their current technology. And try to understand the business and its future prospects.

Job Profile:

I am part of Consulting team and hence role is to understand Costumer's business requirement and propose an scalable solution keeping eye on industry's future requirement & trends.
My job is not only proposing the solution but implement the same to deliver the defect free software.
