My journey in corporate world
After completion of my graduation, i started my career as 'Executive' of customer service in Shipping industry for two years. After that i completed my M.Tech. in Wireless communication & networks and started my career as an Operation Engineer in IT industry for more than six months.
My rewards
Always got more than 70% marks from schooling to professional education. Worked as Coordinator of different events held in University's annual cultural programs. University level certificate in Volleyball. Got excellent remark in my M.Tech. thesis from the panel of different universities's professor
Choosing between money and job satisfaction
I belong to a middle class farmer family. So, according to me both are important, but depends on conditions and the industry environment.
My role
I am working as an Operation Engineer. The main role is work on servers, UNIX based operating system operation those are working on credit card transactions.
Language with embedded systems
C++ language will be mostly used in embedded systems in upcoming future.

As a manager of Operation department in IT industry.
Advice to professionals
The advice is that first analyse yourself what you want to be and then be focused on that. Get complete knowledge about the work and working environment in the industry.
My Important role
I am the only one M.Tech. in Operation Department in my company. And also having knowledge about languages as well as networking and telecommunication. So, plays an important role in R & D Department also.

Lots of certifications are there.
According to interest and industry requirement anyone can select the certification. After getting certification you will know your value in the industry. It's working as a trump card in your profession.

My cousin who is a software engineer in Mahindra Satyam inspires me so much.
My family background
I belong to a poor farmer family. Father is a small farmer and mother is a housewife. Sister is an art graduate.

My view on India Technical development
This is not true because the first networking switch is invented by an Indian named by Kalpana. But this company is hired by CISCO. We have money problem, so faces lots of problems.
