Daily reconciliation of Severity 1
trouble tickets between ticketing tools (EMS, CID, NAIT portal,
Infoman).
Participate in the Daily and Weekly Critical Issue
Document call identifying root causes, actions, customer impact,
date/time resolution, date/time permanent solution, date/time
cleanups, IT owner group, others potential recurrences across
Cards and/or previous incidents, etc.
Produce daily, weekly
and monthly reports accordingly.
Maintain MIS database able
to produce on-demand charts/reports facilitating Senior Mgrs
views.
Maintain Monthly MIS metrics.
Support periodic
PCM & User Guide updates.
