Brief description
Currently i m working with Reliance Communication as Implementation-Lead Manager.I have 8-9 yrs of experience .Currently i m leading a group of 17-20 people.

Challenge in job
Challenging part is when you have convey hard decisions down to your employees, trust me its not an easy task to do .Current job is helping me to sharpen my skills like resource management, people development, soft skills, negotiation. which is definitely going to help in future as m looking forward to plan a startup .

Job made easy
I think, skillset mix of both worlds ( tech + managerial) makes my job easier to handle a team of highly technical people.

Upcoming trends
I strongly believe that Greem Telecom , Communications will change the game in terms of electricity consumption , Co2 emission, Electronics waste management.Saving on electricity will contribute to financial growth of entire sector + create a change in enviroment .

My point of view
Its very clear that we don't have needed support from Government + Corporate to promote innovation .Promotion doesn't mean just talking about it in news media .Promotion & support means they have to come together & invest into R&D and make those R&D center accessible to normal people .

My goal
I m looking forward to plan a Tech Startup which can solve some social issues with the help of Technology .
Advice to professionals
My only advice to new-comers that invest sometime or couple of months to very basic jobs which will give you experience from the bottom of industry to build a strong foundation for your career.when you evolve into an experience person , keep sharing your experience to other people . There are lot of new-comers out there looking forward to it .

Advice to students
Try working with some Technical startups in your summer holidays ,they can give you feel of real world compare to small view within college.
