Brief description about me
I am Rajeev Ranjan. I am working in ADP India Pvt. Ltd from last one and half year as quality analyst. I am completed engineering in Computer Science from Amravati University in 2011. I am basically from Jharkhand. Completed my schooling from Military School Belgaum, Karnataka. I am defense background. I loves to travel alot.

One of the important decision was to go for engineering in computer science

Certification course in Java, Software lifecycle like agile.

Prospective towards freshers
Fresher is always like a raw clay. So they can be moulded any shape. Fresher is always ready to intake as much they can and also excited to learn new things. So it is worth it to take risk. Also as new generation comes there is lots of creativity evovled in them.They have lots of ideas.

My skills
Communication skill, leadership quality.
Family background
My father. He is indian air force. He is also electronics engg. He started his studies when we have nothing. He is first graduate in my family. He got scholarship  during his intitial days and that was source of income that we had. He then taken responsibility of family in very young age. He given education to my uncle,my sister and me. I always want to be like him. He is great manager. Really he almost managed everything very well. Now mu uncle is settled and my sister is married too. So he is living role model for me. In life i want to become manager like him. with minimum resource gives maximum output.

Advice from elders
 My dad gave me, count every experience and never be sad on failures, just keep trying and work hard.

My achievement
Selection In ADP India Pvt Ltd. I was only person selected from  my college.
