About R R Dasgupta
Inspired by people and technology I have spent the better part of 25 years of my professional life working in the ICT industry. With an entree of errors, a huge main course of significant and diverse experiences and some generous accolades as dessert, it has been a rewarding fare. My work included engaging with global corporations to help them adapt the disciplines of Collaboration, Knowledge Management, e-Business, CRM and Business Process Innovation to realise their transformation objectives. I have been fortunate to have worked with some of the most brilliant minds in IBM Business Consulting and other corporations. I have been part of teams that have put together some of the most innovative solutions, frameworks and Thought Papers. I built and led some of the best consulting teams. A fair share of globetrotting for work across India, U.K., China, U.S.A., Middle East and South Africa has enabled me to appreciate the rich diversity of culture and work ethos and the huge global potential that can be leveraged to create significant value and wealth.
I am continuing the journey as an Entrepreneur to put to test some of our collective beliefs around collaborative Innovation. The result has been creation of a venture called Aikon Labs which is focused on creating an innovation ecosystem of Ideators, Sponsors and Contributors powered by a platform that will enable co-creation of next generation products and solutions.
I am eager to connect with people who are passionate about Innovation, Web 2.0, Collaboration and related subjects.
