Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

I belong to a middle class family, where father is sole bread earner. My father is an honest govt employee and mother is a house wife

Working Life Management:

Just a simple time management. When I am working, I am working, when it's time for family, work takes the back seat

The Journey So Far:

It's been a journey to remember. Started with Web18 as a client servicing executive, where I learnt the basic of online marketing and ops part, then got lucky to to be a part of a start-up called Jivox and became a professional of online video advertising, and now serving key accounts at Group M.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

4 years back online advertising was spreading its wings and only big advertisers with additional budget used to use this medium. Today, if you are not online, you don't exist.Ads have become more interactive to engage users and do multiple things rather than just landing on the advertiser's page.

Done Differently:

I feel, i have walked through a right path. I have been at publisher end, have worked for a network and serving a media agency now. Hence have seen 3/4 of the world to serve the advertiser in the most efficient ways.

The Decisions That Matter

I think, decision of working for Jivox was the most important one. Since, it was a start-up and video was new to the market.

Advice For New Professionals:

Stay focus and hungry. Keep updating yourself with the new happening in your industry. Don't succumb to pressure and stay calm.

Role Model:

Steve Jobs, a person known for his innovation, dedication and integrity.

Plans For The Future:

would love to be an entrepreneur a couple of years down the line... :)
