Changes In The Professional Environment:
When joined ZyXEL in India was working in limits of Telecom only and few projects, at the same time it was going on through rough weather after breaking up JV with one of the importer. My joining was all all about bringing this brand to the market and setup the whole infrastructure and also to penetrate different verticals which we did successfully with efficient team effort
The Journey So Far:
I am working as Executive Director with ZyXEL India where I manage day-to-day Sales operations for Channel Business and execute go-to-market strategies and help the company grow and increase its market share in networking and telecom technologies in India
My key responsibilities include providing direction to channel development activities, market share improvement and resource management.

Prior to joining ZyXEL, I worked with NETGEAR for its India operations and helped it foray into Indian market. Soon I grew to head its technical operations in India and SAARC countries and helped the company in getting mega projects. I have no hesitation in claiming that NETGEAR became a well-known brand in India, grabbing significant share from its established competitors such as D-Link, Linksys, and others as I contributed to its growth through participation in events, organizing training programs, and giving marketing a new vigor.

I have more than 17 years of experience in networking
Family Background
My father was in State Bank of India, Mother is a housewife, We are two brother I am the elder one. My younger brother is studying classical music.
Job Profile:
1. Responsible to Manage and guide ZyXEL India Channel Team to work more effectively to achieve our set goal for Channel Business..
2. Laying Channel Infrastructure by identifying right RD's and partners across the country and keeping right expectation from them to deliver actual sales through step by step approach.

Prized Accomplishment(s):
I was the first employee of NETGEAR and now I was the primary employee who joined ZyXEL and bring this brand to a level from were we can dream about growing more than 100% YOY.
Growth Strategy:
I keep on creating new relationship on regular basis which becomes bridge for future business and also helps to polish myself again and again. At the same time I invest every year on my own development through different courses etc.
Working Life Management:
For me harmony at home brings harmony at office not vis a versa. I ensure I get enough time to spend with my family which helps me unwind and then when I am at office this energy gives me enough power to deal with day to day challenge at work.
