Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
We are four brothers, My father has been retired from a Dairy Industry and my mother has been retired from govt. education services. My eldest brother is in Insurance sector and other one in Rajasthan govt. services and my younger brother is self employed.I have two daughter and one son

I started my career in a Dairy Industry at Paonta Sahib as Asstt.Per.officer after 5 years I joined another Dairy name Modern Dairy at Karnal in Haryana. from 1997 to 2006, I worked in Garment Export Industries as Unit Head.From 2006 to 2011,I come bace in Dairies.from 2011 to till now I am here

I am looking after all the govt. compliance s. Handling the greivences of workers . I also looking after all general administaration and assist to Plant Head for making the new policies.

Before my joining thinking of employees are very negative. But counselling by me the thinking of employees come in positive thoughts.
