I am Strategy Consultant with close to 12 years of experience in IT (SaaS based), Digital Advertising, Business Research and Consulting sectors. In my last endeavor, I started a marketing function from scratch and in a span of two years generated significant ROI for the company by leveraging online advertising campaigns, social media marketing, thought leadership initiatives, events etc.

various processes, products and services that are offered from
this center to the Industrial Practice Group Consultants & Search
teams. Gradually, my role evolved from the North American
market to a Global level. In this role, my responsibilities &
achievements included:- # Identifying research and KM needs of
the firm and then transition this process to this center. #
Created different processes & products as well as building a team
(hiring & training) of research analysts for Industrial as well
as other practice groups. # Proposed a new Knowledge Management
system for the firm # Identified KM requirements for the US
research team and transitioned these processes to EZIRS

First 1 year: Worked as a Business Analyst for Industrial
Practice Group at Knowledge Management Center of Heidrick and
Struggles. After that: Initiated and set up the Supply Chain

etc. My area of specialization was in Supply Chain practice in
Industrial/Manufacturing, Retail, Life Sciences & IT Industry. In
