My family background
My father is retired Indian army(ordinary captain) and mother is housewife.we are seven brother and i am in 6th number..all brother are working....
Important lesson learned
Yes...from my father,he is my dairy of life...he was always saying
"This is your life, and you’ve got to fight for it. Fight for what’s right. Fight for what you believe in. Fight for what’s important to you. Fight for the people you love, and never forget to tell them how much they mean to you"
Initiative to develop a country
I hope the term "well developed" denotes "Economically Strong". I think, the main draw back India has is poverty. The poverty can be removed by way of offering job/work. No one should be allowed to be without a job. If everyone is engaged in some kind of job, then there is no question of major social problems like theft, robbery, begging, etc. etc. Like China, there should be Capital punishment for bribary in public places. This strong step has to be taken without any reluctance, otherwise, the problem of bribary is so deep in our country, cannot be removed from the system so easily. The assurances of Politicians given before election, should be officially recorded, monitored and if need be jailed if no action has been taken. Religion procession and religion speeches to be banned 100%. I think if we follow the above, the rest of the problems can be solved by the year 2020 hopefully
My role model
My parents inspire me who worked hard all their lives to get to where they are . They never let adversity stop them.My parents who loved my unconditionally.
Influenced by
My family gave me a good value system to live up to and my parents gave me the gift of love. It may sound corny but they shown me that never giving up on those you love and care for mean a great deal. That family comes first above all other things and your true friends you can count on one hand. My brother has shown me to be a proud individual and has shown me what to live up to. My children have taught me that great things come in small packages and that I would do anything for them, the power of a mothers love. My best friend shows me strength, and solves a problem with a level head, and no bullshit when he really wants to. My other associates have given me the gift of friendship but some have taught me many lessons on how not to be to willing to trust, and where to let go.

Qualities needed to become a successful leader
An important requirement for the leader of today is self-confidence. However, in making decisions about people, their motivations and the way they act or react, the leader can never feel completely sure they are right. The best they can do is to make a sort of “educated guess” based on the facts they can assemble and then depend upon their past experience and knowledge to interpret them.
Thoughts on Education system of our country
A few reasons why education in India is given less importance in some areas are as follows:

80% of schools are managed by the government. Private schools are expensive and out of reach of the poor.
More hands to earn remains the mentality amongst many families and therefore little kids are set out to fend for the family over going to school to garner an adequate education, in the most literal sense of the word.
Infrastructure facilities at schools across rural areas and in slums dispense very poor quality of education.
The teachers are not well qualified and therefore not well paid and therefore are not willing to work hard enough. This has been a classical Catch-22 problem that the government has been trying hard to fight against.
Important decision
To get a PhD
