I would rather take action then discuss plan--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I can get angry fast, but I get over it quickly.
It heard for me to express my feelings--------------------
I crave independence & hate being tied down----------
I am often involved in several projects at once--------
I truly, believe I can help improve the world to some extant--------------------------------------------------------
I am sensitive & aware of people’s feelings-------------
I am emotional & tend to cry easily------------------------
I hate dealing with conflict or confrontation-------------
I feel guilty if I have to say no to someone---------------
Friends depend on me for a shoulder to cry on-----------
I enjoy being in charge & delegating work---------------
I tend to be perfectionist about most things---------------
I am organized & always like to plan ahead---------------
I love doing competitive activities------------------------
I want a powerful job that pays well-----------------------
I tend to get frustrated if I am not having fun------------
I am optimistic & almost always smiling----------------
I have loads of energy & hate sitting still---------------
I am always told I have a great sense of humor-------
I love doing things on the spur of the moment-----------
I often try to push beyond my physical limits-----------
I am always the first to accept any kind of dare-----------
I love heart-racing activities like roller coasters------------
There are few things I am afraid of------------------------
I am risk taker & I live for adventure----------------------
I love God too much & believe him too much-----------
I am a religious man and afraid of God-----------------
I speak always truth ---------------------------------------
As I am willing to go Heaven after end of my life-----
I want myself to go Heaven by doing some good which is acceptable to GOD even try to take those who loves me,& closer to me.

MY WORK EXPERIENCE:
Eighteen years versatile experience in large construction companies as Mechanical Engineer (HVAC), Mechanical Design Engineer and Construction Supervision Engineer with flexible position in Project Engineer, Quality Control / Quality Assurance and Site Supervision.
NATURE OFJOB:
Designing the HVAC drawings as per the site condition & get approved Shop Drawings from client (PWD) by consulting with site consultant.
Estimate and tendering of HVAC System:
To get the quotations from the suppliers to know the current market price for each items related to HVAC system as per the tender Documents, specification & BOQ requirement.
To prepare periodic review of extra/ saving items and obtain final cost of the project including overhead, labor & margin cost. Sanction of Competent Authority and to keep financial control on the work.Submission of Tender documents & tries my best to get the project job in hand after final negotiation with client.
Project planning, scheduling, manpower controlling & proper observing project cost
Control independently.
Have an ability to execute projects right from conception stage till handing over in a professional & systematic manner, leading a team Jr. Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians as per our schedule plan.
My advice to every one--work hard on consistently framing your experience in ways that are empowering for you & others & make your life more workable & enjoyable.
