1. Independent charge of Shift Lab. activities.
2. Close contact
with CCR Operator for smooth plant operation. 3. Knowledge in
X-Ray Analysis. 4. Knowledge in standard sample preparation and
chemical analysis for X-ray calibration. 5. Basic knowledge in
full Chemical analysis of all types of Raw
Materials. 6. Calorific value (By Leco instrument) of all types
of coal & Pet-Coke with approximate analysis. 7. Performing the
quality parameter during Export Loading of Clinker &
Cement. 8. All types of Sieve analysis like Lime stone, Coal,
Clinker, etc. 9. Lime Stone Pile & Coal Pile Preparation with
raw Mix design. 10. Maintain cordial relation with other
department. 11. Assist for maintain ISO 9001:2000 & ISO
14001:1996 data in QC department. 12. Daily Production Report
Preparation.& QC related documents maintaining 13. I have
been controlling shift duty in process to final product for last
one year in current Company Extra
activities : (1) I have a working experience also with process
department during plant shutdown, (2)
supervisory experience during cementmill regradation (3)
Member of environment cell in Gujarat sidhee cement ltd
