We're looking for the new technical products in internet not in ourselves. Because of our people, they are expecting us to study the existing material. Most of the parents are not allowing their son/daughter to invent their idea. First of all, we need source to shape our technical ideas. And we need good team for the support. Before next 5 years, I want to open an blog about the software testing. It should help for the people who is interested in software testing. It should contains the document/files/books from the basic of the software testing. The blog should clarify the doubts of the testers who are all working in the organization.

Challenges faced in job

Because of the financial problem, I am trying to change my job in other organization. I think I can adapt at any situation and any work. So I didn't want to expert in a particular for my whole life. I want to become mulch-talented expert in the fields.

My role model

Frankly, there is no role model for the selection this field. Mostly I would like to represent the correction for the better view for the product/in from my school and college days. That lifted me to go by this way...

My achievement

Not bigger but achieved lot of friends and enemies. Because of my analysis of the product(From my school/college days).

Being an engineer, I m segregated from others from the work dressing style, working environment, salary. That’s all, there is no difference from the others.

My important career decision

While working at "Mobius knowledge services", I made a decision for my wealth this field. Even though the salary is little less than the developers I don’t want to change my childhood habit from the analysis of the things.

Making job easier

When an requirement is finalized, the document would come to me for the clarification as well as suggestion. After that only we will design our requirement finalised prototype. In the meanwhile of the prototype preparation I would prepared the testcase document, which would make my easier for testing at the time of development.

My advice

I learned "Software testing course" from STC technologies, Coimbatore. From that I had some idea to write about the positive and negative testcases. But on my first job at "Nissi Infotech private limited", I prepared only "Negative testcases". Testers must have knowledge about the "database". At Ezer technologies, I preparing whole testcase document in case of the "Positive and negative". Friends our company managing director suggested me some ideas to improve testcase documents.

Managing professional as well as personal life

6 days at my works place and 1 days with my family. There is no interaction from family to my work. But there is some distraction from my work regarding my family.
