I lead a group of engineers in process integration department. My
responsiblities include improving the present processes to
improve inline and ET peformance, integrate new devices (HV, RF
inductor, MIM capacitor etc) and develop new processes with non
volatile memories integarted to baseline processes. I also
worked on transfer of customer processes from IDMs such as ST,
IBM, TI and Freescale and meet ET performance within 5% of the
customer spec and achive better die yield than customer.

up. Optimize process recipe for better parameter control. Also
looked after machine performance indices for meeting production
goal. I was incharge of Diffusion and CVD process and
maintaining process and tools to meet production targets and meet
or exceed the inline and die yield. I also worked on the set up
of the state of the art 6 inch wafer fabrication facility and
equipment commissioning.

Awards and achievements:
I have published papers International conference and have 1 patent in wafer processing (etching).
I also was best in class award for getting excellent yield on the process I trasfered from IBM.
In addition I was given recognition for process improvemnts on various occations.
