About Rayaprolu Ss Sarma
I am presently working as the Managing Director of a Corporate Training Firm in Hyderabad.
I have worked in TCS in projects, L&D and HR departments. I have travelled to Germany on my project needs and have executed projects in Java, JSP and other technologies. I was insturmental in mentoring a lot of freshers and experienced people in understanding processes.
I am a keen follower of "Systems Thinking". Apart from my work in a job, I have been training students from various colleges in to life and fulfilment.
I have also worked with a manufacturing firm as a design engineer. Was also selected for the Indian Navy for Short service commission, but opted out due to personal reasons.
