• Plan and coordinate welfare
activities and motivational schemes for employees.
• Conduct
Employee Satisfaction Surveys, analyze the data and implement
suitable recommendations.
• Conduct exit interviews, and
analyze the data and implement suitable
recommendations.
• Contribute in Developmental
activities
• Continuously monitor, benchmark and design HR
processes as per need and suitability of the industry.
• To
introduce, implement and monitor processes to encourage team
spirit and communication between departments
• To design new
policies and procedures taking into account employee benefit and
welfare with corporate approval.
