• Managing performances of over 60 agents in a day to day
fashion.
• Responsible for managing the Reporting process for
the center. Creating the daily, weekly and monthly Reports as per
schedules. Some of the reports that were maintained are Month to
date reports for both agents, Agent Production Report that is
maintained in a daily fashion to identify individual performances
and to allocate ideal goals and targets.
• Responsible for
managing Production, Attendance, Monitoring and Feedback for a
team of telemarketers.
• Oversee daily operations - managing a
team of 20 employees. Responsibilities include Personnel Issues,
monitor and increasing team
production
• Monitoring the performance of the agents in a
timely fashion which is a Critical Component for Contact Centre
