Handling a channel, 4 DSA
(Direct sales associates) and 4 ARC (Airtel Relationship Center)
of Fourty peoples for residential, commercial & SME Sectors.
Recruiting and training channels partner manpower for short
interval of time.
Enhance the quality of FSO and making the
stategy for achiving the target
Market analysis and
implementing the task for getting the result.
Develop and
buildup associations with RWAs and various commercial
associations.
SME account management and business
development.
Enhance Minut of Usages (MOU) and
ARPU.
Implementing NFP measures at channel partners like
monitoring churn. Sales and marketing complaint first bill and
second bill O/G and zero pulse dialing.
