Future prospect
We have many plans currently and one of our companies Banana Leads, LLC is doing great in USA and we hope to see both eSpaces( Merged with Bussibyte IT Solutions PVT LTD) and Banana Leads in top 10 innovative and best services provider in industry.
Growth Prospect in marketing
As I said, marketing is same in any of streams. It depends of how much know your product and what customer wants and who is your customer. If you have answer to these questions , you are successful.
You can never do a forced marketing but can do a force selling.
Suggestions to aspirants
Understand product, find your customers, tell why your product can be better for them and it's done.
Importance of On line marketing
Extremely important. In today's world more than door to door you can rach easliy by FB, Google, TV, Mobile or Radio. It's faster than what you think. You can be WORLD FAMOUS in few minutes also ;)

This is always difficult to answer. I am laid back and kind of tension free person. Learning and sharing is motto of my life. Keep going and be calm is attitude.

Very much. You should always know pros and cons of a product.
As per my experience and see n done. Branding is important when you want to be globally known. It depends on organization what they are into, but still it is important.
Positioning the product
We haven't launched any of our product in market but we have plan for 2 products to be launched by April 2014 and that will focus on making things simpler for routine things.
Motivating Factor
There is "something new" everyday and customer wants this "something new" now and then. They will need right services and guidance and we provide both.
