Responsibilities:
Admin support:
i. Understanding and
assisting the day to day activities in the Director, Managers and
team, internal web pages responsibilities for
SharePoint.
ii. Housekeeping liaison.
iii. Refilling and
maintenance of office stationary. Maintaining customer files.
iv. Providing basic support for the leads and Directors as
needed.
v. Handling all team meetings and coordinating with
managers for immediate appointments.
vi. Arranging internal
get-togethers
vii. Food and refreshments for meetings and/or
luncheons, monthly outings etc.
viii. Verifying the vendors
invoice & materials
ix. Raising PRs, purchasing office
supplies.
x. Follow-up on vendor payments.

Arrangements;

Updating Muster:
i. Maintaining attendance

Incoming
process( Taking new hires through incoming

Co-ordination of events.

for the company event
Petty cash & pantry
supplies.
i. Verifying the bills
ii. Payments for small
occurred expense
iii. Physically verifying the cash and sending
statement to accounts (every two weeks
once)
Training:
i. Customers registrations –
list
ii. Arranging logistics (training materials,
etc.,)
iii. Confirming customers through sending
emails.
iv. Co-ordinate with employees & Customer
Post
training:
i. Collecting feedback form customers
ii. Printing
certificates,
iii. Update customer attendance.
iv. Sending
weekly reports to HO
v. Follow-up on payments
