Current Responsibilities:
Managing the full recruitment
cycle, from sourcing, pre-screening convincing, closing and
hiring till contract execution. To act as a prism between the
Client, Company and the Candidate in order to give right

recruiters, presenting and allocating the requirements to the
team members. Forecasting and taking responsibilities for
achieving monthly targets. Understanding the requirements
form client and match the profiles from the database.
Evaluating CV’s with Knowledge of all technical skills and
interact with candidates Posting of requirements of the Clients
of various job Portals like : Naukri, Monster, Jobs ahead,
Cybermediadice, Times jobs Etc Communicate all the
requirements of the job to the applicants and ask for referrals.
Screening and short listing valid resumes as per the client
requirements. Interacting with the Client Manager, heads for
the open Positions and seeking technical clarification.
Interacting with Candidates briefing about the Requirement to
know about their willingness Formatting the resume of the
candidate and put it forward by presenting to clients and sell it
for interview. Pre and post interview follow up with Short
listed Candidates Expert at achieving a good rapport with
candidates, developing trust between all parties and closing the
deal in a confident and secure manner Meeting the offered
candidates and briefing about the client
