The objective of the project is to develop a Collateral
Management System for Suncorp Metway Ltd. The development and
delivery of solutions based on J2EE and Oracle technologies. I
was mainly responsible for ensuring the success of vendor
contracts by making sure that project management, consulting, and
development & maintenance services are delivered in line with
contracted services. This included managing solution design,
development & implementation.

Project (RMS), to replace the current systems within the office
with a single integrated SAP solution. The Revenue Base
Management (RBM) development stream will run in parallel to the
primary releases to deliver a capability to analyse and report on
the integrated data repository. I am responsible for managing
the RBM Implementation and incorporate the responsibility for
managing the data conversion activity.

orders using SMS 2000 ordering system and send the orders to
suppliers electronically. (2) Supermarket Management System
Project- Develop applications to (A) maintain products & their
pricing information, (B) purchase ordering system, (C)
maintenance reporting (D) sales reporting function and (E) an
integrated credit system- Applications such as- Goods received,
invoice checking, damaged goods and an application to create
manual invoices/credit requests. And also to develop a credit
reporting system. (3) Contract administration/ Management of
SMS 2000-Phase 1 maintenance project (i.e. managing third party
