I did my Engineering from NIT Srinagar .I have very bitter experiences of my college.We were taught engineering mathematics as if it was carpentry class .Students would differentiate or integrate any difficult equation ,however they hardly knew the logical implications of differentiation or integration.Physical interpretation and real world application scenario was missing in engineering education delivery. Unfortunately this pattern is common across whole india and even IITS are not immune from it. Engineering education delivery should be apllication oriented and there should be practical projects in every semester and plagarism should be made a severely punishable offense . Not happy with this pattern i studied artificial neural networks on my own as a final year project and implemented it in solving some of the Engineering Problems . While doing this project i learned that Teachers should create right conditions for learning rather than trying to teach.

I have worked in mutiple roles like solution architect,Network design specialist,Project Manager, along mutiple technolgy domians like back haul networks,SDH/DWDM/WSON /ATM/MPLS/MPLS-TP based transport networks.access transport network design and dimensioning for 2G/3G/LTE applications.

Job made easy

I am that type of consultant who tries to see problems ,issues,requirements through the sensibilties of end customer.
End customer is the king. Half of the solution is found by keenly looking at problems ,application requirements through the eyes of end customer or end user. Also bieng a hardcore technolgy professional with significant expereince in vendor atmosphere,it becomes easy to map bussiness requirements optimally with technolgy decisions .

Upcoming Trends

Next big things will be Convergence towards all IP ,emeregnce of virtual telecom operators ,smart intellegent self learning based home device control,IP based telephony,virtual remote service delivery like surgery conducted by surgeon in USA on a patient stationed in a remote village in india.In developed countries, there will be more smart services like self regulating automatic traffic control that will optimize the fuel by reducing waiting times of vehicles at traffic junctions and will also reduce travel time ,optimizing the road infrastucture as well.Healthcare will also become smart with proactive diagnosis of diseases becoming norm rather than exception.In underdevloped countries ,pace of chnages will be slow.There is still adundant scope for 2G based services .3G and LTE will be norm in metros .Online mobile powered teaching and learning will recieve boost.telemedicine has tremendous scope. LTE,Advanced LTE and cloud computing will power these new possibilties.

My point of view

Corruption is biggest problem in india. Amidst this corruption,all focus is not centred on main issues and problems , rather ,corruption and indulgence in corruption has become main job profile with actual work sidelined .That is why, there are tremendous infrastructural deficiencies even after 60 years of independence .Related to this corruption is faulty education system which puts focus on rote learning rather than creativity and imagination.There is need to create separate cadre of Indian teaching services on lines of Indian administrative services.In any country,best minds should be put in teaching .
Related to this corruption is lossely defined poltical structure ,which makes individual intrests of poltical parties more important than collective intrests of Indians. As a result there is poltical interference in everything with poltical parties trying to maximize thier yes man across all departments.Instead of keeping the merit and performance as yardstick ,association with poltical parties becomes the defining parameter for critical decsions and policies and postings.thus merit is sidelined and failure is rewarded and we get a failed society.

My goal

To excel in my domain contributing maximally in shaping up smart components of next generation business systems .
