friends, We are not just another employee of the company. by implementing the proper HR policies, training, and other employee grooming activity you are not just making a good company but you are actually contributing towards the nation building.
HR Challenges:
If i summarize it, i would say the competition is tough, market is volatile the only thing companies can think of is sustainability. and thus the life of a HR manager is tough..the budget is low, time is really short and at the same time unavailability of quality employees. not to forget Demographic and mobility issues.

They need to understand their social responsibility and act accordingly. Knowledge, expertise, guidance are the three main important things that needs to be passed on to the next generation and yes that too without hesitation and partiality.
Relationship with HR and Top Management
80% of their office time both of them are busy thinking of talent hiring. they both are instrumental in shaping the business and the company..
Attract good people, Retain Better Performers and Advance the Best:
We make them feel attached to the company by inviting them in open discussions, accepting their ideas and helping them innovate the best ways of completing the tasks, we reward not just the performers but the rest too for their efforts. We implement better management tactics.
Qualities that we Look For While Hiring:
We believe in hiring leaders instead of hiring employees. sometimes we focus on their zeal of learning too.
Recruiting new generation:
We use their energy in positive way. We offer them what they really want, a rapid growth, lots of learning, direct exposure to business and responsibilities.
Improving Education system
I believe the quality is very poor, i have been interviewing candidates from last 5 years and all i have found is that almost 80% students don't even know about the career prospects, they should be given proper guidance and rather than taking it as money making industry we should take it as a nation building industry and that needs sincere efforts ..than and than only we can think of transforming India into a developed nation. at the same time cost of education is too high..the society and government have to work hand in hand to improve the scenario.
Pain Points:
Talent acquisition and retention. I feel that's the biggest pain.
Parting Thoughts
Be best forget the rest.
Identifying and Promoting New Leaders:
We conduct various competition and reward the clear winners..
Leadership Programs in Place:
We have retained several key employees by empowering them with new authorities and responsibilities. We conduct training and development activities time to time to ensure the productivity.
