Job Profile:
I am the founder of Husys with a unique proprietory HR Model for the first time in the World. I have started Husys to help in Building and Managing HR Departments for SMEs in India. We have so far helped more than 300 organisations in India. My vision to help Husys to manage 25000 clients by 2020.
Plans For The Future:
I would see that Husys would be a Global Organisation in supporting the SME's inturn helping the economy. Immediate goal is to spread to 20 cities in India from 5 today. Also foot prints in UK, Africa continent.
Working Life Management:
Best part is you are working all the time... But you are not working all the time being an entrepreneur. I spend all my free time with family and kids. When on tour totally dedicated for work.
Degrees That Matter:
I am yet to work on my Ph.D in Human Resources. I have done my B.Sc-Maths, MBA-HR, LL.B, Dip.Training & Development
Changes In The Professional Environment:
Unfortunately, we have current generation who are neither the old decade generation nor the future. The professional environment is effected by the individual choices than a business decorum. Freedom with focus is long way. I am sure the next 10 years it would be better.

The Journey So Far:
I started as a Management Trainee with JK Synthetics in the year 1991. Later I worked for Blue Dart in North, South and also first Aircargo Airline startup Blue Dart Aviation. I worked with another startup of Satyam Group as HR Manager in 1996. I had a stint with Intergraph & Intelligroup as Head-HR
Other Thoughts:
I would like to advise every HR Professional in a large organisation to focus on building an organisation to help the SMEs in India.

I would also like to advise every HR Student to focus on building their career in a company there is no HR department. that way we create more & more HR Opportuties

Career Profile:
Currently I build Vision for Husys and its allied companies in the areas of Technology, Education. I also focus on the Development of New & Emerging Markets for Husys to Grow in next 5 years. This is totally different from my HR Jobs.
Role Model:
My First Boss - Raghavendra - currently works with Infosys. What I am today is because of him and what I learned from him. I have always admired his simplicity, Friendly, Assertive and ability to smile always.
The Decisions That Matter
My decision to build and HR Organisation which can support SME's and the model I created which is unique in the world and ahead of times in 2002. Also building my Team than I delivering any specialization that we built at Husys. I am proud to produce 5 partners within the organisation.
Done Differently:
Start my business than looking for a job. The growth of SMEs in India is incredible and there is a huge opportunity.
