• Functional Requirements Specification review.
• Deft at
Designing and documentation of test cases. • Setting-up for
testing the Performance of Turbo machinery blades profile and
Functional Key Performance Parameters by using cascade
testing. • Designed and tested a hardware circuit for the
intermittent motion control of a 24Volt DC motor. A software
module was also developed using Lab View to control this
unit. • Developed a software module using Lab View for
acquiring and processing the data for inlet flow angle
measurements in TCT. • Developed a software program using
‘C’ language to reduce the data acquired from a five-hole
inlet wedge probe in TCT and Involved in calibrating various
pressure transducers and ESP scanners used in TCT.
• Controlling the testing cascade module using software Lab
View for acquiring data and further processing the data for inlet
flow angle measurements in TCT.Providing the technical support
during Cascade testing of aerodynamic turbo machinery blade
profiles. • Formulation for improving data acquisition,
further processing of data and results. • My main
contributions were designing, executing, documentation of test
cases, along with data acquisition, processing and plotting the
results in appropriate formats during the experiments conducted
in TCT using software’s like Lab View, MS Word, and MS Excel
