Challenges faced in job

First challenge is start of career with market recession and other one is career start with no guidance to start professional and client interaction. These two challenges improved my hardworking, problem analysis and solving skills. I think these are very much helpful in my bright future. Because present hard work, sincerity and problem analysis and solving skills are key feature to make future bright.

My advice

Always first job is never forgettable and base of your career. So I would like to advice, do the "hard work" and try to learn as much as possible. Also don't miss any chance, where you can prove your ability. This will build you career strong.

Books recommended

Book is always best friend of human being. I recommended "How to Start a Career in Information Technology, 1st Edition and A Student and Recent-Grad Guide to Crafting Resumes and Cover Letters that Land Jobs, by Quentin J. Schultze" people who are going to start their career.

Company and job profile

I am basically from Chittorgarh,Rajasthan. I had started my career in mid of recession. I found good guidance to start career. In start of career and sort time I got chance to lead in all company's. Currently I am working with Dexcel Elec Designs Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore. I joined Dexcel as Sr. S/W Engi., but Dexcel found my ability as Team Lead and good command to work in any situation. So in very sort time Dexcel gave me chance to Tech/Team Lead. I have total experience in design and development windows application with VC 6.0, VS2005, VS 2008, VS2010, C#.Net, Netbeans, OSI Soft, LabVIEW etc.

Making job easier

I am always believed in modular design and team work. So with this concept I always distribute modules in team with respect to ability and area of interest. It make job and life easy for everyone and project over with defined dead line. Also this concept never bound for particular platform and language.

My achievement

My valuable achievement is in sort time of career, I got chance to perform company responsibilities and team/tech leading.

Family Background

I am belongs to middle class family. My father was a Govt employee and mother is house wife. I have one elder brother and on younger sister. All are settle in their life. I got married in 2011 and my wife is master in Finance and working with mutual fund computer share company.

My important career decision

From start my ambition was to become a engineer. But due to loose in 12th standard, I was blocked to do M.Sc. and teaching as professional. But with proper guidance and family support I got a way to enter into IT via MCA and now I am a successful engineer. So this was my important decision for my life and future.

My strongest Skill

My strongest skill is VC++. With this skill I feel we can become strong logically and conceptually.

My role model

My role model in my life is my father. He is always teach us to live with every situation and never wait for good time. He is believe in what we have and do the hard work to achieve goal.

Managing professional as well as personal life

I am always try to keep balance in both professional and personal. Because without professional you can't achieve goal of personal life and without personal feeling you can't achieve professional life. Personal should know what is your professional and professional should know your personal. So both are depends on each other.
