besides writing for my firm, i do watch on how my management dept is doing their work.. so, it's kinda my internship in my firm itself with my family

Required Reading:

for journalism, learning theories and concept is not important.. rather read all newspapers, news websites, blogs,etc. read recent topics, its concept, containts and analyze it..

The Decisions That Matter

by choosing not to go in journalism and get to know that I'm better in management then the journalism department ! and, I choose HR :)

Role Model:

my grand father and my dad.. both are not with me anymore.. but my father was a best at HR dept.. he used to manage our business so well that after his death today even after 16 year people come to our office and tell us about him, the stories, incidents, how he used to manage and tackle problems !

Plans For The Future:

presently i m writing on random normal topics... and aim is to write on current issues.. social and polital affairs.. and besides writing.. my main purpose to be a successful HR manager ! :)

i do write in my newspaper.. weekly articles.. and also studying PG Diploma in HRM... previously i was just a student !

i m proud of the tag i got "columnist" and as presently i m studying HR..so i cant give any post or tag related to this work..
