Management ·Strategize the recruitment tools such as post
openings in internal & external portal, Building Networks, and
referral programs. ·Review and screening of resumes and
conduct interview with candidates. Select & shortlist for hiring
managers ·Schedule interviews with the candidates, hiring
managers and other interviewers. ·Perform various
administrative duties that support the recruitment function such
as reference checking, propose compensation and manage offer to
candidate. ·Reaching the billing and offer targets after post
selection of the candidate ·Proficient in conducting and
managing the walk-ins ·Handled highly confidential reports such
as Billing and other joining formalities. ·Providing Induction
training relevant to the work culture, work pattern and work

client hires them for the projects
