It Goes by the definition of Criticality - In normal circumstances I do not bring my official work to Home - but there are critical alerts or parameters I have set - in which case only I sometime carry my work to Home. Other Thoughts:
Often, people ask me whether setting up a company was easy, and if I have any regrets. My answer is that if you have a passion and are clear about your goals in life, then there will be no regrets as you will be willing to do whatever it takes to turn your dreams into reality. This has been my experience with my career, and I am grateful to my family, friends and colleagues who have helped me in this endeavor.
Advice For New Professionals:
The best advice that I can give a person starting up is to focus on fundamentals. Domains and waves may come and go, but if you have a strong foundation in communication and are confident of your capabilities, nothing can stop you. I would also advise the need for adaptability as it is the key to survival when things change. Besides this, being clear about your objective is invaluable.
Done Differently:
I think I won't be doing anything differently, as I feel I did the right way. I started my career as Business Development Executive and became to Sr. Business Development Executive. Today I am Business Development Manager

Growth Strategy:
Keeping a close eye on your market trends and competitor landscape is a must and this gives me really both motivation to work out of the Box and innovate some thing new always. Second thing is to keep a close eye on the market or Landscape you are working in. I find really very encouraging how new things are cropping up every day and to keep yourself settled in the competition you have to really invest in closely understanding a watch on this as well as work on the clues for competitive edge it offers, though that might not give huge returns in short term.
Role Model:
Bill Gates, from Microsoft - right from establishing Microsoft as the largest Software Development Company, it is his ability to keeps its competitive edge through technical and marketing leadership that is really to be followed. Another is Rand Azim Premji founder of Wipro Ltd. I am fascinated by people who have adopted to the changing times.
