Working as Project Manager for multiple Peoplesoft Projects like
Open Enrollment, India Implementation. Working on various
initiatives like - CMMI level 5, Optimization of Delivery
Model. Responsible for overall Delivery Management and Program
Management.

Responsible for entire offshore delivery and support of
PeopleSoft applications. Responsible for onsite and offshore
coordination Responsible for preparation of project plans,
Execute and monitoring of projects. Responsible for project
financials/Quality initiatives like CMMi Accountability for
Project Gross Margin and bottom line deliverables Responsible
for evaluation of PCR’s Responsible for coordinating with
finance, for any billing/invoice issues in project. Responsible
for interacting with other support services like
HR/Network. Responsible for Project schedule, status reporting,
Risk and issue management during project life cycle.
Responsible for resolving all issues related to scope and/or
any other operational issue. Responsible for achieving zero
NCR’s during internal and external project
audits RESPONSIBILITIES AS PRE-SALES HEAD Responsible for
thoroughly understanding the client requirements and converting
them into proposals or opportunities Involved in writing
proposals, client presentations Responsible for review of
proposals – for cost/schedule/technical Approach
