Served the Government of India for 37 years including service with the Government of Iraq for 5 years in the field of Construction Industry with specialization in Building Services, Contract Mangement, Project Management, Dispute Resolution. I retired from the GOI service as the Director General (Works), Central Public Works Department, in September 2003.
