Monitoring application server was on daily basis
Served as the initial point of contact for workgroup-related
problems in-user environment. Documenting and resolving technical
issues surrounding Windows NT, Windows 2000 Professional, MS
Office, and Web Applications.
* Making Report’s.
I was
also responsible to make reports, Replying of mails and
monitoring the Web Applications. Summarizing the information and
