Brief description about me

I work with Supreme Petrochem Ltd. in Export Marketing as Executive Export Marketing. I have almost 3 and half years of Experience since completion of my education in Export Marketing. I don't lead or manage a group but I do have colleagues to assist me in some of my work.

Challenges in job

The really challenging is; penetration in new territories (Countries) which have different set of regulation and laws, countries demographics, and lifestyle of people, financial status of country etc.The information collected and contacts developed are factors useful for future.

Job made easy

For International Business the main hurdle is language barrier and distance, but the availability of Internet and Phone makes my job easier.

Upcoming Trends

There are no trend as such, basically our product is from Plastic family, so the main challenge is to decompose the material, research are ongoing if there is success then market scenario will be very different.

India strategy towards technology development

The technical talent of India is driven to foreign countries due to opportunities they get, the development work and the amount invested in R&D is very high as compared in India, the growth prospect which they get, the remuneration they receive, the lifestyle, and most important the craze in youth of going to abroad attracts them.

My goals

In next 5 years I want to see myself into the higher management of MNC in Export Marketing. Also I am looking for an opportunity to start my own venture.

I come from middle class family, my parents are working with government organization.

The one who is interested in International Business need to be very punctual and oriented towards customer satisfaction, at times he should be ready to work round the clock due to the time difference

Advice to college students

I am not that experienced to give advice, but rather I would like to share my thoughts, always keep your ambition high and try to achieve them, keep your dream company in mind and make the path to reach there, what ever obstacles or difficulties you have in your life always try and overcome them, never demoralize and underestimate yourself or compare yourself with others, if you compare yourself with others then you are insulting yourself; as your potential, your qualities, your personality are just unique no one else can ever have same. The very important thing to remember is KEEP PATIENCE. Always keep your ears open and try to acquire as much knowledge as possible.
