I am Dr.Asha B Jain after doing M Sc I spent 5 years in yoga Ashram -- Bihar school of yoga Munger (yoga teachers training diploma), Vivekananda Kendra Bangalore and Adhyatma sadhana Kendra New Delhi (Research in Asthma under Dr Suri in safdarjung Hospital).
