I am here to make people feel that being an I.P.S. officer, I am servant of the people of India, not an officer who thinks about himself that he is a rare species and in spite of all legal and constitutional provisions, feels that --I AM THE MASTER.
Our country is facing a serious crisis that is -- GOVERNMENT AS WELL AS PUBLIC SERVANTS ARE BEHAVING LIKE MASTERS AND REAL MASTERS --We, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, HAVE BECOME ALMOST SERVANTS BEFORE THEM.
we have to change this situation if we we wish to be SUPERPOWER of the WORLD in coming decades.
I, am ( from World-Famous Teerth-Vindhyaachal, a town of Mirzapur district of Uttar Pradesh) a
graduate in Allahabad University with subjects --
1. Sanskrit 2. Philosophy 3. English Literature, studied sanskrit throughout my education, M.A. in Sanskrit (philosophy group ) from Allahabad University and
while doing my Ph.D. there on the Subject --
Dialectical Materialism and Saankhya Philosophy -- A comparative study,
In CIVIL SERVICES EXAMINATION, my optional subjects were :
1.SANSKRIT 2.PHILOSOPHY.
I was selected for IPS in first attempt in 1988. Joined the service in 1988 and was alloted Bihar Cadre.
My ambition was to be a Lecturer,
but destiny dragged me to Indian Police Service and I feel
I.P.S. is the Best Service in the World
And I also realised that
BIHAR IS THE BEST CADRE FOR I. P.S. OFFICERS.
