Difficulties in web development.

Sometimes i am getting design change after approval of Delivery story.Once i started the development in a specific period of time it is very difficult to analyse the development in a limited period of time.Sometimes i got some defect to fix in a two or three hour .

Describe your Web Application?

Its an ASP.NET with C# application Project.The project name is SuperPartners(Australian Client).It is a retirement Insurance plan project.There are so many funds.Now are working on CBUS fund.TCS manages end to end systems integration such as configuration work,complex integration.

Creation of Websites

We are using CSS,javascript,WCF,Stored Procedures and Functions to make the application structured and efficient which in term help us in building a good looking and functional website involving a 3 tier architecture.

Decisions That Mattered

Firstly i have done MCA because of only to come IT Profession.Then i came to bangalore to get better opportunity in IT Industry compare to my Home town Orissa.Then i have worked in a small IT industry with very less salary because to start work experience quickly.

I would like to follow new technologies like MVC, Silverlight and WPF. With this would like to develop the application in other language like VB.net.

facing challenges like deadline of development came many times in my current project.So that i have to stay whole night to finish that one.I have worked in different team as of project requirement.So that have to learn quickly.

I have completed 10th standard with 55 , +2 with 56 and Bsc with 50 and MCA with 84 percentage Marks.

Time management and proper plan is needed for pressure and multiple deadlines.In my team assign appropriate work to all member and proper unit testing by developer also is needed.Before design approval finished have to communicate with all team like BA,Designer and developer also.

Based on the project requirement i want to choose any of the above.But generally want to choose team work environment.
