Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

My father is ex-IRS (IT Dpt), my mother is housewife, i got three elder sisters working in different domains having MBA degree

Degrees That Matter:

I got a degree in Marketing and before that i got a degree in BCOM from Pune University

Role Model:

My role model is Barack Obama, because he is a person who got skills in marketing as we can see now the way he is promoting his brand to continue his presidency in USA. His personal branding is also upto the mark

Changes In The Professional Environment:

I just joined as a PR and Brand Communication at ileadfarmers which is a consultancy firm. This is a learning curve for me

I want to be the leader in PR and Brand Communication in my company

By doing MBA in Marketing which opened a lot of avenues for me and also made my personal brand strong.

Prized Accomplishment(s):

When I was working for Ernst & young, Pune the company posted a robust growth of 35% in less than 6 months, which was a herculean task.

Working Life Management:

We spend at least 10 hours in office everyday, therefore this is life for me.

Growth Strategy:

Im enhancing my skills and analysing latest trends of the market.
