Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

My family consists of my mother & sister. Although I reside & work in Delhi, my family is in Aligarh(UP).Mother is a housewife while sister studies in AMU.I did my major in mechanical engineering from Aligarh Muslim University in 2006 and since then has been working in Delhi.

Most Important Career Decisions

First was to leave the consultancy job and work in a contracting company. Another important decision was never to try for IT companies

Current Job Profile

I work in customer care department of an Air conditioning equipment manufacturing company.My responsibilities include quotation preparation, ordering to factory,order entry into Oracle based system,handling customer queries and liasioning with service technicians.

Plans for the Future

I see myself in the position of Team Leader in my department.

Most Important Lessons

First and foremost is time management. Secondly, one should deal professionally with other employees, even if they are your seniors.

Current Role

I am responsible for sending timely quotation to customer(within 6 hours).I am also responsible for parts ordering to factory and regular followup for delivery.Lastly, I also enter order into system which ensures sales

My role model is Thomas Elva Edison who holds record of 1093 US patents ranging from
battery,telecommunications,electrical power generation, recorderd music and several others.His versatality and brain are the factors whi i idolise him.
