Degree that matters
Entrepreneurship Development and any course especially on strategy because, these two is the complete “Gita of bissiness”. When I was doing my PGDM I had Hills and Jones a very good book for strategy with best case studies.
Prospective toward freshers
Yes, but those who have the capability to train them well. Like Tata, Birla, Reliance, etc. not the new born company. I have seen many small companies hire freshers but when the time comes they left and then the question of survival arises. Big and establish company can bear this cost.

My role model
I have two role models in my life one from corporate and one from common life. One is the great Mr. JRD Tata and another is my father. My father gave me enough power to fight against the extreme worst and JRD Tata gives me the Vision to create something for society which will ultimately give benefit to you.

What I have observed in HR field the employee satisfaction is missing these days that’s why employee turnover is very high so, Talent retention and preservation through satisfaction is the one thing and another is HR consultation because every day one new skills required to tackle with HR problems and the consultants are playing very important role in that.

My goal
In 5 years down the line my first target is to get myself stable in terms of money and life, because whatever I am planning which cannot be possible without money and a life partner.

family background
Simple middle class family from Bihar currently living in Jamshedpur. My father is employee of Tata Steel Jamshedpur and my grandfather was also. We belongs to Chhatriya Society. I have lost many things in my life in form of my mother, my elder sister, my uncle and happiness, now I have only two thing left my father and my younger brother, who is a civil contractor.   
Elders advice
This answer required a book because in my life I have got a advice society where people only give advice but not take, but to some extent I have taken an implemented also. I found each and every advice is important in your life. If you want to succeed in your life you need to take advices. One advice given by my father when I was in MBA, listen everyone’s advice but do your own, collect advices analyze it make a summary and implement in.

My achievements
I haven’t achieve any big thing in my life except the school and college awards but one award JRD Quiz contest was completed my dream. I had a dream to fly in helicopter and the winner and runner of this quiz contest get a chance to take a helicopter ride and I achieved with my friend Rahul (in KMPM Inter College, Jamshedpur). I also had won with my three other friends Rahul, Sayanjan and Ravindra National Business Quiz at JNU, Jaipur.
Advice to young people
One advice which help me a lot, I suggest everyone to be a self motivator if they could create this ability in themselves they will never face any difficulties to fight against any worst situation.

India strategy on technical development
As a country we are doing many things but not the right thing. We are taking the bad things from the west and they are taking all good things from us.
Not good facility of R&D in any field
Lack of Talent retention or preservation policy
Less facility for the local businessman.
