Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

In My family, I have one elder Brother, Sister-in-law, Uncle, Grad Mom and My Mom.
I Born and Brought up in a Joint Family

Job Profile:

I am Working as a Part of System Process Engineering in which My Role is to give input to the Business Process Team Regarding all the Design & Development Process From Hardware side and Define the Guidelines for the Same.
Rightnow, Implementing the AS9100 and CMMi Level 5 Standards from Design Side.

Growth Strategy:

I do a lot of Managerial Activities which should not be carried out by me but my boss and due to that i have developed Leadership Quality in me.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

The Professional Environment Never Change you have to change According to it.
I have seen a lot of changes after i came in the org i always use to take a lot initiatives.

Working Life Management:

I always Come on time Do my Work and Leave on time.
I never think what others think that if you wont sit late you will not get appreciation its never like that to me at least.

Done Differently:

I will try not to make the Mistakes i did it in past and will make small moves first and then will gain experience in the field of my interest i.e. Manager

I have taken a Biggest Decision to Switch From Technical Background to the Managerial Background and it turn out to be verygood for me

My Brother and My Father both are my Role Model cause they always taught me only one thing "never think that u cant do anything u can do if u give it a try but give a try at least"

Degrees That Matter:

I want to get Certified for As9100 and SixSigma Green belt
I am trying for getting AS9100 at least
