Prepare Project Definition Document for the Customer
Projects
Work with the HP Customer to define project scope,
schedule, and resource requirements.
Work with HP’s
customer to do Project Planning, Manage project implementations
ensuring they were completed on time.
Manage customer
expectation ensuring project goals are being met, on time and
within budget.
Work with HP Subject Matter Experts (SME)
during the execution of the project in terms of project control,
progress reporting, quality assurance, financial management, risk
management and escalation.
Develop and maintain best
practices for project management implementation
strategy.
Work with the Solution Architects and Technical
Consultants to prepare Work Activity Reports for Customer
approval & billing.
Act as interface with the client project
sponsor to ensure customer satisfaction with the project
delivery.
Facilitate effective status communications between
account teams and customers
