Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
I am from a middle class service based family. My father was with Heavy Engg. Corporation, Ranchi.My mother was a teacher.We are 4 siblings, 3 elder brothers 881984 me.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
I am with IBA from last 3 years. I never realized when these years passed by.Responsibilities Increase over a period of time & rapport in the organization. Professional environment has been smooth for me.
Degrees That Matter:
Language Certfication.
Depends on individual to individual where they would want to see themselves in near future.
The Decisions That Matter
Exploring education industry was a great experience for me. It is not what people see in other sectors. Every day your experience is new and wide.
Advice For New Professionals:
1. Be Focused fo what you want and where you fit yourself well. I have seen people taking new role in new organization because of package factor, if it works out well, then great if not you fall very bad

Enjoying my work and moving ahead. This sounds little weird, I dont think much about future, but I am conscious about my decisions and every step that I take.

A. Being Happy. If you are not, you may be successful for others but not yourself
Growth Strategy:
Being dynamic. Taking up projects which are new and challenging.
This gives a lot of learning and in turn develop an individual. I never wait for anyone to give me work, but I am always busy working.
