Responsible for providing logistics solutions to self
generated and corporate clients on daily basis. Managing the
quality enhancing process for company’s internal
structure. Maintaining healthy business relations with all
agents sector wise. Generating enquiries from the sales
visits/calls. Understanding the client’s requirement and
preparing proposals. Sending quotations as per the
enquiries and negotiating with MLOs for better
buy. Supervising the operational aspects of client’s
shipments with respective Air / Sea Dept. Coordinating with
existing clients for continuous bookings and developing new
clients to existing. Reviewing the monthly performance with
profitability for respective existing clients & preparing monthly
sales reports. Conceptualizing and preparing new strategies
for marketing of the company and presenting the same before the
management on monthly basis and discussing value added service to
be provided to the clients. Conducting presentations before
the management on every quarter about sales, market requirements,
new tools required, etc. Spearheading 10 self generated
and corporate customers. Successfully developed couple of
agents in Middle East & Far East.
