and Setting the Gear & Pinion 6 Axis Hypoid cutting CNC Machine
named PHOENIX (From Gleason) for planned certain Gear or Pinion
ratios. · Programming & Teaching the Positions of 6 Axis ROBOT
(Gantry) which is newly introduced for Loading & Unloading the
Gear & Pinion sets for Gear & Pinion cutting CNC machine to
Material loading & Unloading conveyor. · Initializing and
modifying the major Loading & Unloading positions of robot to
Gear or Pinion Cutting Machine named Phoenix. · Updating the
Quality Report & CMM Report & Pattern report of newly developed
gear & pinion as per the required Quality, and then Permitting
for the Production of Gear & Pinion with robot. · Finalizing &
preparing the documents of newly developed ratios Quality report
& Production output of the day with HOD & Deputy Manager in
Sunset Meeting.
